SITUACIÓN DE LOS BORDES Y ENTRADAS EN LOS MUNICIPIOS EN LA COMARCA.
LAS ENTRADAS AL MUNICIPIO DE ESTEPA.
En el articulo de este blog “Paisaje y Plan Especial de Protección del Casco Histórico de Estepa (PEPCH), se describe la situación en el municipio de Estepa. LA SITUACIÓN EN EL RESTO DE MUNICIPIOS DE LA COMARCA.
El análisis y las conclusiones referidas a Estepa son válidas, en líneas generales, para el reto de los municipios de las comarca.
En líneas generales, actualmente (enero-2021), las entradas y bordes de muchos municipios de la comarca están altamente degradadas, reflejo de un caos urbanístico. El “ Dejar hacer”, “cada uno hace lo que le da la gana” es propio del liberalismo urbanístico, independientemente del partido que gobierne o haya gobernado.
Un comportamiento generalizado, que se ha convertido en norma. Hacer un recorrido por los municipios de la comarca llega a ser decepcionante, y reflejo de la falta de criteris esteticos y de cultura urbanística.
Esta degradación se pone de manifiesto en la acumulación de basura en las cunetas de las entradas de los municipios; viviendas y construcciones sin terminar con deficiente acabado en las fachadas; trasteros de las viviendas sin enlucir; existencias granja intensivas adosadas al casco urbano; espacios donde se intercalan sin ninguna conexión el uso residencia con naves de uso industrial, presencia de supuestas caballerizas/perreras con un simple cercado de alambrada.
A esto habría que señalar la presencia de alpechineras , desguaces , polígonos industriales adosados al casco urbano. Sin olvidar un diseminado de segundas residencias fuera de la normativa urbanística, que acosa el casco urbano.
Hay que tener en cuenta también, como condicionante la contaminación odorífera por la presencia de granjas intensivas próximas al casco urbano. Los malos olores , lógicamente no invitan a entrar en una localidad, y es mas se hacen insoportable para los residentes de la localidad en verano.
